Exhibit Hall Carpet:
The exhibit hall is carpeted with standard ballroom flooring. Please visit our Flooring department to place an order for your booth.

Booth Furnishings:
Each 8'x10' booth will be set using 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape and will include one waste basket, and an identification sign. Bulk space booths 400 SF and larger will receive one package with the purchase of their space.

AES will begin returning empty containers after the aisle carpet has been removed or floor protection is laid in the exhibit hall.

Getting Materials to Your Booth

AES will receive and deliver materials to your booth shipped to the following locations:

Advance Shipment to Warehouse

Properly label and send Advance shipments to arrive between Monday, October 28, 2024 and Friday, November 22, 2024.
Warehouse receiving hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 4:00pm, Closed Holidays
Shipments received before or after the advance shipment window will receive a 30% surcharge.
Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.
Ship early to avoid delays and save money.
Please note that AES Warehouse will not accept uncrated freight (loose, unskidded machinery and/or pad-wrapped materials), COD shipments, cold storage freight, hazardous materials, or single pieces of freight weighing more than 5,000 lbs. and/or dims larger than 108"H x 93"W.
