AES will receive and deliver materials to your booth shipped to the following locations:

  • Properly label and send Advance shipments to arrive between Monday, September 23, 2024 and Friday, October 25, 2024. 
  • Warehouse receiving hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 4:00pm, Closed Holidays
  • Shipments received before or after the advance shipment window will receive a 30% surcharge.
  • Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.
  • Ship early to avoid delays and save money.
  • Please note that AES Warehouse will not accept uncrated freight (loose, unskidded machinery and/or pad-wrapped materials), COD shipments, cold storage freight, hazardous materials, or single pieces of freight weighing more than 5,000 lbs. and/or dims larger than 108"H x 93"W.
Shipments Direct to Show Site
Based on the show schedule and facility limitations, Show Site receiving is unavailable for this event. Please send all shipments to the Advanced Warehouse location.
