All REC booths (excluding island booths) will be carpeted in Grey, and aisles will be carpeted in Pepper. If you wish to order carpet padding and/or different flooring for your booth, please visit our Flooring department to place an order.
All Ballroom booths will be carpeted with venue carpet. If you wish to order different flooring for your booth, please visit our Flooring department to place an order.

Booth Furnishings:
Inline and Peninsula booths will be set using 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape and  furnished with grey carpet, and an identification sign.  
Electrical:
One (1) power connection will be provided for your order entry system. If you need power for any other devices, lighting, or display, please order additional power in our Utilities & Electrical department.

AES will receive and deliver materials to your booth shipped to the following locations:

  • Properly label and send Advance shipments to arrive between Monday, August 25, 2025 and Friday, September 19, 2025.
  • PLEASE don't forget to choose the destination of your booth on the shipping labels between Reno Events Center and Reno Ballroom.
  • Pallet Alley labels are separate from booth labels.
  • Warehouse receiving hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 4:00pm, Closed Holidays. 
  • Shipments received before or after the advance shipment window will receive a 30% surcharge.
  • Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.
  • Ship early to avoid delays and save money.
  • Please note that AES Warehouse will not accept uncrated freight (loose, unskidded machinery and/or pad-wrapped materials), COD shipments, cold storage freight, hazardous materials, or single pieces of freight weighing more than 5,000 lbs. and/or dims larger than 108"H x 93"W.

  • Shipments arriving outside these days/times may be refused by the facility and/or subject to off-target fees.
  • Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
  • Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.
  • Ensure your driver has the following information to help expedite unloading and delivery to your booth: Show Name, Exhibiting Company, Booth #.
