Properly label and send advance shipments to arrive between $event.AdvanceReceivingStartDate.ToString("D") and $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D").
Warehouse receiving hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 4:00pm, Closed Holidays.
Shipments received before or after the advance shipment window will receive a 30% surcharge.
Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.

Receiving is during approved move-in / receiving hours only.
Shipments arriving outside these times may be refused by the facility and/or subject to off-target fees.
Ensure your driver has the following information: Show Name, Exhibiting Company, Booth #.
