Exhibit Hall Carpet: The exhibit hall is carpeted. Please visit the Flooring deparment to place an order for your booth.

Booth Information

Each 8'x10' booth will be provided with:

8' high back drape
3' high side drape
One identification sign

Bulk space booths 400 SF and larger receive one furnishing package with the purchase of their space.

Move-Out Note: AES will begin returning empty containers after the aisle carpet has been removed or floor protection is laid in the exhibit hall.

Properly label and send advance shipments to arrive between Monday, September 21, 2026 and Friday, October 16, 2026.

Warehouse receiving hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 4:00pm, Closed Holidays.

Shipments received before or after the advance shipment window will receive a 30% surcharge.

Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.
