Exhibit Hall Carpet: The exhibit hall is not carpeted.

Please visit our Flooring department to place an order for your booth. 
To simplify ordering, all booth carpeting is listed as a standard 10'x10' item. If your booth is 8'x8' or 8'x10', please proceed with the 10'x10' selection. Our floor crew is automatically alerted to your booth dimensions and will ensure your carpet is laid and trimmed to fit your specific space. 

Supporting Tables Booth Furnishings: Each booth will be set using 8'H back drape, 3'H side drape and furnished with (1) 6'Lx30"H black draped table, (2) side chairs, (1) wasktebasket and an identification sign.

Networking Salons Booth Furnishings: Each booth will be set using 8'H back drape, 3'H side drape and furnished with (2) 6'Lx30"H black draped tables, (2) side chairs, (1) wasktebasket and an identification sign.

    Bulk space booths 400 SF and larger receive one furnishing package with the purchase of their space.

    Material Handling
    AES will receive and deliver materials to your booth shipped to the following locations:
    Advance Shipments
    American Exposition Services
    C/O Fern Expo
    3752 Crittenden Drive
    Louisville, KY 40209

    Properly label and send advance shipments to arrive between Monday, May 18, 2026 and Friday, June 19, 2026.

    Warehouse receiving hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 3:00pm, Closed Holidays.

    Shipments received before or after the advance shipment window will receive a 30% surcharge.

    Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.

    Receiving is during approved move-in / receiving hours only.

    Shipments arriving outside these times may be refused by the facility and/or subject to off-target fees.

    Ensure your driver has the following information: Show Name, Exhibiting Company, Booth #.
