Each 10'x10' booth will be provided with:

One 6'L x 30"H white draped table
Two side chairs and one waste basket
One identification sign

Bulk space booths 400 SF and larger receive one furnishing package with the purchase of their space.

PLEASE NOTE: LOADING DOCK CLOSES PROMPTLY AT 10PM. ANY CARRIERS OR POVS ARRIVING LATE WILL NEED TO HAND CARRY THROUGH THE FRONT.

Move-Out Note: AES will begin returning empty containers after the aisle carpet has been removed or floor protection is laid in the exhibit hall.

Properly label and send advance shipments to arrive between Monday, July 20, 2026 and Friday, August 14, 2026.

Warehouse receiving hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 4:00pm, Closed Holidays.

Shipments received before or after the advance shipment window will receive a 30% surcharge.

Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.
