Each 8'x10' booth will be provided with:

8' high back drape
3' high side drape
One 6'L x 30"H black draped table
Two side chairs and one waste basket
One identification sign

Bulk space booths 400 SF and larger receive one furnishing package with the purchase of their space.

Move-Out Note: AES will begin returning empty containers after the aisle carpet has been removed or floor protection is laid in the exhibit hall.

Properly label and send advance shipments to arrive between Monday, August 31, 2026 and Friday, September 11, 2026.

Warehouse receiving hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 4:00pm, Closed Holidays.

Shipments received before or after the advance shipment window will receive a 30% surcharge.

Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.

Important Outbound Shipping Information:

To ensure a seamless conclusion to the event, all outbound freight will be handled exclusively by our Official Show Carrier, Threeway Logistics. Due to the tight venue egress window and heavy traffic in the downtown area, individual outside carrier pickups cannot be accommodated at the loading dock during this time.
