Exhibit Hall Carpet: The exhibit hall is not carpeted. Please visit our Flooring department to place an order for your booth.

Booth Information:

Each 10'x10' booth will be provided with:

8' high back drape
3' high side drape
(1) 6'L x 30"H blue draped table
(2) side chairs and
(1) wastebasket
(1) identification sign

Each 10'x20' booth will be provided with:

8' high back drape
3' high side drape
(2) 6'L x 30"H blue draped tables
(4) side chairs and one waste basket
(1) identification sign

Move-Out Note: AES will begin returning empty containers after the aisle carpet has been removed or floor protection is laid in the exhibit hall.

Properly label and send advance shipments to arrive between Monday, September 14, 2026 and Friday, October 9, 2026.

Warehouse receiving hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 4:00pm, Closed Holidays.

Shipments received before or after the advance shipment window will receive a 30% surcharge.

Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.

Receiving is during approved move-in / receiving hours only.

Shipments arriving outside these times may be refused by the facility and/or subject to off-target fees.
