Exhibit Hall Carpet: The exhibit hall is NOT carpeted. Please visit our Flooring department to place an order for your booth.

Booth Information

Each 10'x10' booth will be provided with:

8' high back drape
3' high side drape
One 6'L x 30"H black draped table
Two side chairs and one wastebasket
One identification sign

Bulk space booths 400 SF and larger receive one furnishing package with the purchase of their space.

Getting Materials to Your Booth

Properly label and send advance shipments to arrive between Monday, September 14, 2026 and Friday, October 9, 2026.

Warehouse receiving hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 4:00pm, Closed Holidays.

Shipments received before or after the advance shipment window will receive a 30% surcharge.

Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.
