Exhibit Hall Carpet: The exhibit hall is not carpeted. Please visit our Flooring department to place an order for your booth.

Each 10'x10' booth will be provided with:

8' high back drape
3' high side drape
One 6'L x 30"H black draped table
Two side chairs
One wastebasket
One identification sign

Bulk space booths 400 SF and larger receive one furnishing package with the purchase of their space.

Properly label and send advance shipments to arrive between Monday, October 26, 2026 and Friday, November 20, 2026.

Warehouse receiving hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 4:00pm, Closed Holidays.

Shipments received before or after the advance shipment window will receive a 30% surcharge.

Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.

Direct shipments should arrive on Monday, December 7, 2026.

All carriers must sign-in at the Marshalling Yard. Do not deliver directly to the venue, you will be turned away!

Receiving is during approved move-in / receiving hours only.

Shipments arriving outside these times may be refused by the facility and/or subject to off-target fees.

Ensure your driver has the following information: Show Name, Exhibiting Company, Booth #.
