Properly label and send advance shipments to arrive between Monday, October 12, 2026 and Friday, November 6, 2026.

Warehouse receiving hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 4:00pm, Closed Holidays.

Shipments received before or after the advance shipment window will receive a 30% surcharge.

Certified weight tickets must accompany all shipments.

Important Outbound Shipping Information:

To ensure a seamless conclusion to the event, all outbound freight will be handled exclusively by our Official Show Carrier, Threeway Logistics. Individual outside carrier pickups cannot be accommodated at the facility.
